FORMA Design was commissioned to design a state-of-the-art dual clinic for Dr. Jonathan Johnson, MD,MBA,CWSP: the Capital Aesthetic + Laser Center (CA+LC) and the Comprehensive Wound Services clinic (CWS) in Washington D.C.. Forma Design then brought in the pros over at Film Works Window Films who worked closely with our custom made glass film department to have the films created and then did a great job with the installation.
